2. What data we collect
When you register for Boulder Parking or book the Blue Room, we collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, date of birth
- Vehicle plate number
- For overnight stays: full name and nationality (required by art. 21a LTur, Swiss tourism law)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card data)
3. Why we collect it
- To process your parking registration and send confirmation
- To comply with Swiss tourism law (Legge sul turismo, art. 21a LTur) for overnight stays
- To contact you in case of emergencies (e.g. vehicle needs to be moved)
4. How long we keep it
Order data is kept for 10 years as required by Swiss accounting law. Tourist tax records are kept as required by the Municipality of Faido.
5. Who we share it with
We share overnight stay data (name, nationality, dates) with the Municipality of Faido and the Patriziato di Chironico as required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com) and PayPal (paypal.com). We do not store payment card details. Please refer to their privacy policies for details.
7. Cookies
We use only functional cookies necessary for the WooCommerce shopping cart and WordPress session. No tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
